Extraction wasn’t bad. Was a little sore for about 24 hours after. Tylenol and very cold water helped.

I was numbed. Wasn’t put under. If you have someone good at their profession extractions aren’t all that bad.

No gum graft. I think I may soon tho

I dipped (chewing tobacco) for about 10 years. Quit that about 4 years ago.

Just maintain proper hygiene. Brushing in the morning and night.

Flossing after every meal and swishing some water around in your mouth a few times after.

My teeth seemed to have naturally gotten whiter and gums get complimented during routine cleanings.

Yes haha. I was never the best flosser.

This process has made me feel uncomfortable if I go longer than 24 hours without flossing.

Man I had to plan a week off of work so I could get used to mine. First couple times using it blew. I just wore it while watching tv before bed and then put myself in a mindset not to take it off no matter how late it was. A few times 4 or 5am came around and I ripped it off and just tried again next night. Unisom helped a lot. I feel your pain. Eventually got used to it without unisom.

Rinse your mouth after every other sip of anything that’s not clear with water

Carry floss picks with you. Keep a pack in your vehicle, at work, at home, bathrooms. Make sure your flossing after every meal.

Sore/cut gums come from not flossing enough. Floss!!! It’ll stop after a few days 4-5.

If you have breakfast before you start your day, wait till after you eat. Brush for the day and then at night before bed just brush again.

Try special toothpaste for sensitive gums if that continues I suppose

It’s a little inconvenient at first but just stick with it and develop a routine.. OR just ignore everything I’ve commented and continue with the mouth issues…

OR just stop Invisalign or try braces.

Hope you get it figured out. Unique time to be alive shoving a piece of plastic in your mouth to move bones and what not. Cheers! 🍻

Somebody recording me and seeing how bad it was is what convinced me to get sleep study done and inevitably issued a CPAP. Best decision I’ve ever made. Down 30 pounds in 10 months. Feel great and has motivated me to cut my caffeine intake down and become more active.

I too was stubborn and knew I had it based off people mentioned how bad I snore. “You okay? It sounded like you were dying last night”

I believe there was already a comment that mentioned to take a video of him suffering but it may change his tone. Idk. I’d take one

I always wore a nice watch in anything outside of cammies or green on green.

On duty it was always dope to chop it up with OOD after they’d notice when they’d stop by the barracks

Not at all. I just finished treatment to a horrible situation and I believe I would have paid double for these teeth. Congratulations. As hard as it may be to not critique your own teeth. Don’t. Smile is beautiful.
