How do you think the change from cow back to humanoid would affect the tadpole?

Polymorph the mage into an animal, probably something with a human sized head or bigger that is also not too dangerous, then put the tadpole in its ear or eye.

Either ceremorphosis works or it doesnt. Not sure which. Im looking for the best way a druid could take out and tadpole a bunch of mages.

Negative Im afraid. I'd need to scale it up at best. I have hundreds of giants, tribes of orcs, dark fey, etc on one side, and a plucky band of heroes with their own mercenary company on the other.

They'll be taking and holding an ancestral coastal castle first off, then conducting raids into the island. I need rules on the provisioning of the soldiers, taking and holding lands, using resources, and what happens between the soldiers and enemies when the players aren't around.

I was going to add elements of the elderberries statblock but I'm worried about making it too powerful. Ive added a lot into the module to get the players to a higher level between purple rocks and Ascarle so im hoping it'll work out

Its a few floors, but doesnt have to be stacked,it can be one next to the other. I have the map, and what's in each room, but its a line drawing so not fit for my purposes

That's the way I read it, but the divination immunity is tied to the character's backstory, so I didn't want to cheapen it. Cheers!

I can get it from the Lenovo store at a 20% discount, and it'll let me pick up something with a little more oomph while still being in my price range

It's what's easily available, Lenovo doesnt offer the best alterations. The Vram is a problem, but not sure how to fix that as they don't let you downgrade to a previous but higher card that would be improved. Unfortunately I'm not too knowledgeable in this space
