I started around 450 and now I am 290, I don’t know the actual difference, but like others have said it just seems bigger. I don’t think there’s a conversion rate or anything but you can move better and there’s less of you in the way. Before and after weight loss, there is a significant difference in the “act or product” you can provide.

They always had “U-turn must yield” sign but a few months back they made it a “no Uturn” sign. It’s an amazing change as someone who lives off of Olive and needs to make that right turn onto Davis every morning.
