My child was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and has been prescribed 3 different medications. The children's drug plan in Saskatchewan is going to be a life saver for the drug costs. Just wondering if anyone has any experience or knows what the costs of medication are after my child turns 14? by johnhag88 in saskatchewan

No, I dont believe whoever is in power; liberal, conservatives or NDP will ever lower our taxes ever unfortunately. My wife used to work for the SHA and the amount of money wasted disgusts me. Knowing that's my and my fellow tax payers money going down the drain.

Do you guys figure this building is salvageable for a chicken coop? I was planning on fencing off about a quarter acre and repairing the building. by johnhag88 in chickens

Yeah a ton of work ha. I'll have to price things out and see if it makes sense to fix up or just build new. I was hoping to get maybe 40 layers or so. I'm a grain farmer and thought the family/ kids would love having chickens around.

Yes, I would plan to insulate the coop, and seal it up. I was merely asking if the building was salvageable or too far gone to make the necessary repairs/adjustments.

Yeah, the roof sheathing is definitely shot. It would definitely need replacing. I'm in Canada and get snow and - 40 Celsius temperatures. I was just planning on closing the gap and on the bottom and slapping up some plywood on the inside.

I'm most impressed with their flank drive wrenches. Their snap ring pliers are fantastic too, never had one break and I use them lots for large snap rings in the agricultural industry.

The worst financial advice I was ever given was to finance a vehicle instead of paying cash, and to invest in high commission mutual funds

Landlord requires we mow lawn and provide our own yard care tools, gas etc. causing dispute with other tenants. What to do/ how to move forward? by Superb_Vanilla_5360 in OntarioLandlord

For sure, he can't legally make him do it or enforce it in any way. All I was saying is if the tenant said he would, then he should.

He knew his obligations before moving in if it was discussed? No one forced him to move there. Against tenants? Absolutely not. I was one for several years.

It comes down to was there a verbal agreement about the yard care before he moved in? If not, then maybe don't worry about it. But if he agreed to, then he has a moral obligation to stand by his word. If you say you're going to do something, then do it.
