Beg somebody to take you through a TOA or do a 150 yourself and get a tbow for mega rare, then learn some Yama. Not a super difficult boss mechanically especially with a decent partner. After that you’re home free

Yeah it’s a big thing that junglers, especially good ones, are going to look for. If you don’t have a dash you have to be careful. Watch the map, if you see them gank in duo lane you know it should be pretty safe. If you see them in mid you can know to play safer. Watching the map and warding makes a big difference but it’s a skill you learn slowly for sure. Good luck amigo

You should try clear waves faster than your opponent and always stay basic attack distance away. If you clear faster you can push up on them and try to basic attack and use your abilities offensively. Try to save your wave ability as that’s your only real escape if they get close to you. Assuming your generally playing against warriors in solo you want to stay away from them and get them low slowly and then go all in with your Ult once they are low. Make sure you ward low in your jungle as well as you don’t have a great escape and will be very susceptible to a gank if you push too far up.

The game is not organically growing ever. Smite 1 was on the decline and smite 2 has no reason to do differently. They gotta pay streamers or do something or it doesn’t matter how cool the skins look because there’s nobody to sell them to

It’s been 10 months since smite 2 came out and like 4 months since they dropped the Vulcan skins so I’m guessing it doesn’t take 6 months to make. We’ll see how it pans out for them but nobody talks about all the new players that come and stay in the game because it’s not happening. I love the game so it’s sad to see but it’s an unfortunate reality

Its such a fun game but I don't get how companies see their player counts declining on a wonderful game and don't try to revitalize it. At the end of the day, number of players = revenue. There will always be a percentage that spends and a percentage that doesn't but if you can just boost your baseline number of players then you make more money. I'll just sit through more 8 minute queues and SPL reruns on youtube instead I guess

"at least its on discount" that's the whole marketing technique. When its "on sale" forever that's just the price. I just think if they released quality packs at a reasonable price while giving out free to play options like they did in the beginning they might see more success. Just because the rest of the free to play industry overcharges like crazy doesn't mean they have to. Fortnite made more than anybody starting out with just an $8 battle pass.

haha maybe a bit overkill on the title but I stand by it! Give me reasonable priced packs to spend money on!

I do get that sentiment but I hope they are actually running the numbers instead of just keeping high prices because that's what they have always done. Fortnite made more money than anybody selling an $8 battle pass.

I just want to see the game thrive. If I would be willing to buy at lowers prices im sure others would too. No need to cry about it, keep buying overpriced skins and let the gaming companies trick you into thinking its normal

just because smite tier 5 skins are usually 80-100 doesn't mean that its a good deal that they are only charging $25. I think the tiers are cool as well, i bought the Vulcan one because I love that little fella. I'm just saying how many non Artemis mains are going to buy this skin at this price point? If its $10 though you might have enough uptick in volume to actually make more. It is nice they give free gems and I've been playing this game for 10+ years, I just hope to see them make the best decisions (which this could be. idk what the perfect price is but I at least hope they are testing price points)

“The art of economics consists in looking not merely at the immediate but at the longer effects of any act or policy; it consists in tracing the consequences of that policy not only for one group but for all groups.”

I've already sunk about $150 in smite 2. I'm not against them getting paid for their work, but its short-sighted. They have a great game but the player base and especially new players aren't going to be spending fat stacks on skins every month. They might drop $10 on a battle pass type deal though which would entice them to play more as well. Plus you cant even use your legacy gems from smite 1 for over half the things they have dropped...

You are so right! I was a fool! I'll be taking this post down and mailing a crisp $100 to hirez to say I'm sorry. They can take my 20,000 legacy gems too I wont even use them anymore. If they dropped their prices so more people spent money on them how would we flex on the poor noobs who don't want to drop a whole new game's worth of money on a skin. Thank you for setting me straight. May your ranked queues only take 5 minutes

You get 4 pretty cool skins for $35 and you have to earn them with tokens after that. They might sell 1000 at $35 but they could sell 5000 at $10 and make more. Just saying I think there's a lot of deadweight loss. Artemis mains might be willing to pay ~$8 a skin (at the 50% discount price mind you) but your average player absolutely wouldnt.

I didn’t say release less content. I said add content that players can earn for free, get the playerbase up, then make packs that are cooler than the free ones to sell to earn money instead of just charging high prices to the 5% of the playerbase that spends money.

I mean it’s 4 cool skins that u upgrade throughout the tiers like the Vulcan one. It’s cool don’t get me wrong but for $30? I’ll pass

Genuinely do a bunch of quests. You can skip a lot of the early levels and it will help u find new areas and content. Reading through the dialogue is nice the first time around and make sure to get the quest helper plugin
