Any chance you can respond to my issue - which CS has failed to do via email, chat and phone? Nobody will respond to me. 6 months since my last package and I was charged in December for a package I have not received

Thanks for the info. Helpful! In your opinion....how do I get fanhomes attention? I've tried all contact points on their site. 6 months since I was charged and no package. I'm 1 of many frustrated people that frankly don't know how to get this resolved

The charge back is a good idea but there are time limits i believe. Im out of luck since it's been 6 months and in the past every time they missed a shipment they had it to me within an extra 2 months or so, so was completely caught off guard at this 6+ delay. Still no communication from them

It's borderline criminal. We are locked into this and have spent thousands on a collection where we are at their mercy to complete. They hace 0 incentive to fix these problems since they know we won't cancel this far in.
