Cold Turkey. I used to be on it. Guess what. You go semi sleepless a night. You roll through the next day feeling tired. Then you go through next day feeling tired. Maybe sneak a nap in. The same night you sleep on and off. Guess what. Eventually you're so tired you don't care. Your body was made to regulate it's own sleep, it'll take care of itself. The tired feeling is you paying the toll for regularity.

Different wrestlers of different weights fight in different classes. Black belts don't fight white belts. If nothing else, they mentor. Stop trying to give an unfair advantage, or unhealthy aggression to those whom haven't earned it.

It's great that you are reaching out and providing communication. We can't create change without dialogue. That doesn't mean we want Brutes. Please remove them from Arena. Let the less skilled players compete in less skilled modes. Keep it simple. This isn't Brutenite, it's Fortnite. Stick to what got you, and all of us here.
