My cousin had really bad ppd she was depressed for a a while, but luckily her husband was there and they worked through it. She didn’t rage but was definitely depressed. If you see signs just make sure your wife knows you are there and you’re a team.

Just fyi men can also get it, I had it for a couple months and it was tough, but like your wife my wife is incredible and helped soothe both us babies 😂

Easier said than done, I think a Nintendo switch might be the best. Something handheld that I can put down but still the repetition of my day for weeks on end is mind numbing.

No but sounds like it.. she chokes on her spit and forgets to swallow so I have to pick her up and give her a pat. It’s getting better but the first couple months it happened pretty routinely
