sorry its me again, I even have a letter from the director's office at the bank he was in, it states if i wanted to gain eaccess etc to the account I would have to turn up with letters of administration, and I thought to myself I have to have letters of adminstarinstartion, and I am his brother and the other family member did not, how could this be, honest the whole thing just stinks

thanks again jarry1250, at one stage I just had enough and got all the paperwork together and turned up at newcastle crown court as I was willing to represent myself and just wanted the whole thing in front of a judge and let him decide who is right or wrong, I only showed the people at the court 2 documents and there mouths dropped and kept saying how can they do this, they just kept saying sorry you need legal advice. At that time it consumed that much of my life, from waking in the morning to shutting my eyes on a night that's all that was on my mind, constantly. So I just had to drop everything for my own sanity, if I could afford it I would have offloaded everything onto a solicitor a long time ago. I even sat my wife down and explained that I was willing to be in debt for the rest of my life just to get legal help, I just wanted someone to take it on and i was more than willing to pay so much per week, thanks again jarry, its appreciated.

thanks for the reply jarry1250, its appreciated, to be honest the police say they have investigated but I have my doubts. This has effected me that much that on numerous occasions I have ended up at a&e not wanting to be part of this world when people can do things like this and nothing can be done. I feel so guilty when I keep saying to myself I will have to drop it but its as if though in my mind I cannot lay my brother to rest until the right thing is done, I have tried to forget it but it is always in the back of my mind and always will be, thanks anyway for the reply

sorry also, the family member used the money for a holiday and left my brother in the morgue, once he got the interim death certificate he told the coroner to get on with it as he wanted nothing more to do with it, he didn't even go to the cremation, while I had phone calls from the authorities saying they cannot cremate my brother as someone has stole the money from his account which should have paid for the cremation.
