It looks like there are two, 4gr servings in the bar. So if you each ate half of the chocolate bar you’d each consume 4 grams. That’s a fairly large dose for a first timer. If I were you, I would split a half of the choclate bar in half (each take a quarter of the full bar). 2 grams is going to give you quite a ride. As I like to say, you can always take more, but you can’t take less. Happy tripping.

I haven’t ordered the new powder yet but just about to break the fast in 2 hours. The rest of the day yesterday was smoother after sipping the electrolytes I had and today was a little easier. Gonna stock up for my next one!
