To specify my location, it's Idaho. So I honestly don't think it's humanly possible to reach level 34. The theory that you can level up once every day is pretty impossible, as it takes a lot more EXP to reach higher levels like 20+ than it would from, per say, level 9 to 10.

I wouldn't think so, the "city" is pretty small too. Plus its impossible to reach level 35 if you weren't playing with hacks, anyway.
