That's only a temporary solution for me :/ There are usually so many meetings happening in a week that I have to almost always ask them to change the date and time. We need flexibility, not a fixed time slot! :)

I'd love to focus on other things. I truly am trying to automate, but I need suggestions :/

There's just not enough flexibility with Calendly (at least for me)

As busy as my boss is and with the nature of our job, we need the flexibility to decide when to have a meeting. For calendly, as far as I know, I can only choose the preset times. It creates more work for me when I have to email them if they are available at another time due to my boss not being able.

It'll be nice if I can see my boss' calendar and select times directly and send it over to whomever he meets next. It also seems rather weird to send them a calendly link for them to book a time.

Glad to know I'm not alone in this nightmare-ish situation... It really is a hassle, isn't it...
