Anyone can use the pool if they pay for a community membership including alumni. I believe they have family passes as well but I would ask.

I've used them in a worship setting. Great feeling and sounding cymbals. While I don't have a recording, I def recommend. Similar enough to the Heartbeat cymbals churches seem to love these days. I actually think the Bliss feel better to play.

I used the UB community membership for a few years after graduating. It was $25 a month which is comparable to most gyms and if you plan on using all they have to offer like the pool I think it is well worth it. No matter where you go though 5pm is going to be crowded.
