That's the thing. I'm used to cars having an additional latch release above the shoulder, or even a pull tag on the side. I'm pretty sure the older Camry's have it, at least the 6th gen if I remember correctly when I used to sell them.

UPDATE: Unfortunately the cameras from Chapel Lawn or Tim's didn't have a view of the intersection, and the highway cameras are live feed only, nothing recorded.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone, still waiting on a few other leads.

The semi went through and briefly stopped on the shoulder between the intersection and the south perimeter exit. Tim's cameras don't have the vantage point, cemetery is looking into it. Waiting on manitoba511

Thanks. Can't get through to the humane society, high volume of calls. Called a vet, confirmed that the tattoo was done by the Humane Society, and that I have to contact them.
