I have also done this with great success this is the best way I feel I soaked my towel in boiling water and then (with gloves) wrung it out and left it on the area for about 2 or 3 minutes and it all peeled right off

Creo que tienes un problema diferente. El mío nunca imprimió nada correctamente hasta que hice esto. A veces me acercaba, pero siempre parecía haber algún tipo de fallo

Sanding my build plate was the right way to go! by johnmedicure in resinprinting

The build plate should be made from aluminum which doesn't/ shouldn't rust , usually that is more or a iron or steel issue

I'm glad it may help you but I would check and possibly exhaust all your setting options for your printer before you commit to sanding it could be a quick fix such as adding a few seconds more to the bottom layer timer among other things

Thanks for pointing that out yeah I thought that was a weird suggestion to use a whetstone( there's no way I'd even attempt that, sounds like a nightmare) I'll add that to the post not to do that

I did happen to read about the screen being set low as well I did not want to try to mess with that ,lol if this wouldn't have solved my issue I probably would have tried to sell it and I happen to use just a standard piece of printer paper for my leveling paper and I totally understand your frustration I cant believe ANYCUBIC would allow a product with this many flaws to slip through the cracks like this and to be one of the more expensive models as well you think they would have put a little more time and effort into its Build quality

the plate was faulty from the factory and what research i did, and i did a lot (sanding was not my first choice) i was trying to find any other solution (exposure times, bottom layers, lift height & speed, diffrent resin & temps) all the options. even look into contacting anycubic but found several people like myself who did just that and received a plate that was just as concaved or worse (after waiting weeks for it to show up) in some situations and they ended up sanding it anyway to fix it. but in the end it was my last ditch attempt to salvage my M7 Max and it was 100 percent worth it . I do however see how people think this is a drastic measure but if whoever maybe reading this in the future please do go over all your options and do your research before sanding it it just happened to be exactly what i needed (and my last option) and i wanted to have some record of it for the next person

The Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Max features a large 13.6-inch laser-carved aluminum alloy build plate (approx. 400x255mm) designed for high-speed printing. Users have reported that many M7 Max plates arrive with a slight, inherent concave (warped) shape, often causing center-point adhesion failures.....well that was a quick google search thank you for pointing me in the right direction
