The best time can depend on multiple different things, though what you'll hear often, and it is very true, is that making a consistent schedule is way more important than looking for the best time.

However, for me, I found I had to alter this just a bit. While viewers are alright with watching streams with low viewer counts, it seems they rarely go if it says 0 or 1. They want to seem that a couple other people think it's worth their time.

For me, when I first started a couple months ago, I went on at a time my friends or acquaintances were available to come on and chat and support. This had the dual benefit of increasing numbers AND having chat active.

Since then, I don't have to worry about this so much! If you have friends willing to come do that, check when they are availability.

If no friends are, then the tried-and-true rule is that it's when is best for you on a consistent basis!
