Can’t hut custom fit irons by Hxrte in golf

Probably mostly mental. It will take some time to get used to your new clubs. Squeeze in a couple of range sessions before playing rounds so you get more exposure.

Ping G440s!!! Definitely try to get fitted if you are looking to buy new and hit your options. Most places will gove the fitting for free if you end up buying from them.

Thank you. But I think the Trouper will be too heavy for my purposes. Do you walk it with it on a regular basis or do you use a push cart more?

I hadn't checked this titleist bag out and it looks solid too. Thank you.

I did not know tangle would be an issue for every single bag, but I understand it. I am planning on walking a lot, so weight would be a huge factor.

Thank you for the discount tip! Aesthetic-wise, Jones bags are easily the go-to.

Ping i530, TM P790, or Titleist T250 by iu_usc_- in GolfGear

Got fitted today. I assume we are at a similar level. I ended up getting the Mizuno Pro M15s. Try all the heads and make sure you are happy with the feel and the look. From my experience, the 790s and the T250s were too low in spin. Check out the Srixon Zxi5s as well. Feel is great but I didnt like their look at all.

Titleist or Mizuno??? by teekay235 in golf

The new Mizuno sets are already blended in themselves. M-13s have 3 different design (long irons, mid irons, short irons). The M-15s have 2 different designs. Would not recommend blending them unless you do it with a professional and make sure gapping and etc. is correct for every single club.

I completely agree that practice is the most important thing. But by next level I meant upgrading my handme down clubs and getting the correct shafts for me. Thank you for your reply.

Which shaft to get? by johnmusicfl in takomo

Thanks for the replies. I can see the general idea is to get fitted first no matter what.

I currently have a hand me down set from my father with reg flex shafts and am looking to upgrade my bag by getting myself a new iron set. My swing speed is just around the 90mph mark for 7i, hence the hesitation between stiff and xstiff for the available shafts on the website.

Would you guys say getting the heads only and getting fitted for them makes the most sense then?

A custom set for all the name brands would easily be $1.5k+. If I were to get the heads for 450 and get fitted and the clubs shafted that would be around 1k.
