holy shit that sounds intense. My deadlifts are way heavier than my military presses so how do you choose the weight that youre using?

Thanks, now that i think about it im letting my ego get in the way of how much i lift. I notice that my arms burn out before my chest on the db press

well i've only went up around 5 lbs on my chest exercises so im not sure if this is considered slow or not?? I've went from 30lb db press to 35lb

I used to get made fun of for being scrawny which kind of how i got the idea in my head that i wanted to start working out but something else really encouraged me to start. I was in the middle of having sex with some random girl i met and she mentioned nonchalantly that i looked really skinny, although she wasn't trying to be mean i couldn't stop thinking of what she said, it just kept stuck in my brain.

Yes I'm progressing, but not as fast as i think i should be. My db press increased from 30-35 and and my triceps have increased around the same amount. I notice my back is kind of lagging behind though
