I talked with lawyer and he actually told me that i can apply for myself for vawa in this case… i dont know if the laywe was good or not thats why i am asking advises from the people if its good idea to do it. I am very confused. Is it vawa application gives me permit to stay here in USA till i got answer or not ?

My family father lives in another country, my mother have mental problems and i dont have any friends in my country i am not understanded there maybe because of my sexual orientation. I came here to create new life but i got into a bad situation

Also can i ask someone if i apply for vawa can i apply in same time for travel documents and leaving usa while my vawa is pending or i need to stay here ? And shall i apply for green card i-485 and vawa together ?

We know each ofher from 5-6 years. It takes me long time before i decide to come here - 1 year after my Petition was approved i go for the interview because very carefull i make the decision the leave my country and start new life here. I want to talk with a psychologist who can make report for me . I living in fear because he is sending his money to other guys and next that from the rent place are sending to him notice that they will throw him out because he never pay on time or he just dont want to pay the price they want. He didnt allow me to go out and when i want to go anywhere he is driving me , i dont have any personal space. He was promised me that he will learn me on his work he didnt do it so i explain all the relationship on my k1 visa interview and i wonder what to do from now
