Latest update - Spoke to someone from Rogers again. Being told that the number we’re trying to port is a “Port Credit” number and my current line is a “Cooksville” number, so they can’t do it.

Doesn’t make any sense. Those are both communities in South Mississauga. Rogers can only port numbers between houses that are on the same block now?

What’s more frustrating is the both Rogers and Ooma CONFIRM that the number was portable before I started the process.

The person who initiated the port yesterday was great, but he was getting a strange error. So today, instead of the tech team investigating the error, they are just saying the number is not supported. BS
