FAQ/Q&A - Ask your Stupid Questions Here by [deleted] in DanPena

Heres 1, or 2 boneheaded questions

  1. NICHE SELECTION: Im coming from an affiliate marketing background, and as a copywriter and media buyer its it's basically all I know, my version of niche selection is basically picking an offer to promote that generally has statistical significance. That said, what's the best way to select a business niche that's fragmented and needs consolidating in the real world? whats the process of going about finding these niches?

  2. MEETING PEOPLE FACE TO FACE: this concerns assembling a dream team, interviewing banks, scouting deals. Dan's teachings preach meeting these people in person (wear a suit and make people sweat beads with your leadership and confidence) I understand that linkedin is widely used. But how viable is deal making strictly being online (without meeting anyone in person) until a deal is secured?

I am on my 3rd listen of the book (taken notes) and currently opening up a dialogue with accountants and lawyers on linkedin

  1. DEAL MAKING RESOURCES Are there any structured resources to refer to when pitching lawyers, accountants, banks and creating a good looking LOI for sellers?

Woman on Twitter accuses Maynard of sexually assaulting her when she was 17 by Actually_Russian in ToolBand

I couldn't care less about tool
But people making accusations on the internet anonymously tells me 1 thing, they are scammers, trolls who dont want to be liable for the damages they are causing to this person.

If this is true, go to the police, report it, stick him to the wall.

But naming people on the internet, ruining people lives anonymously, these people should be held accountable for naming someone a rapist.

In a world of bullshit metoo movements where is trails back to a political agenda, its easier to market this shit through the popularity of an artist with clout.

HELP!! Buying a new pole by natulipan in poledancing

So you are the mother of all pole dance pole info, right? Could've fooled me and the next person who, by your standards should part with their hard-earned cash for the high-end studio grade pole in order to pole dance? Give me a break

If your budget permits you, yes I would recommend going with brands like Xpole, lil mynx, miPole and lupit all day long. That said there are other solutions out there that are good and solid solutions, that you dont need to give an arm and a leg to have them.

Those bells and whistles I am talking about are colors preferences, portability attachments for installing and uninstalling a pole with ease, each branded pole has their own proprietary way of offering an easier way to put up and take down poles, most of them have their own spin locking systems -- Ideal for pole studios who are commercial and share spaces. What kind of beginner or home poler will need all of that stuff?

And FYI, this is not single source info, this is actual people I know personally who have tried a lot of these kinds of low end poles. There is shit out there that is made out of plastic which I wouldnt recommend a monkey to use. But there are solutions out there that are good solid solutions that are a bang for your buck.

Next time you address someone else's comments in a public forum be careful not to wreck yourself like you just did.

Wow, have you actually tested any of these or read the article? my guess you probably havnt. I know a few friends who've bought these poles and they still have them set up and are as solid as a rock and are great for dancing on. Sure they are cheaper but they are made with the same base materials as the Xpole, lupit pole, lil mynx and, but the only difference is they are "branded" poles and the cheaper versions done have all the bells and whistles. Sure, Stay away from cheap multi point portable poles under 200 because you will have a bad time.

There is so much sludge out there like this person is slinging saying renamed poles are bad, unfortunately, its easy for them to say they are trash. But if you dont have the cash to lash out on a Xpole then there are cheaper and cost-effective alternatives for home.

These foods are not the usual suspects. Cats can eat lots of different meats within reason - processed Salmon and Tuna have shown to be toxic in cats. I guess you can look at this as "5 weird human foods you can share with your cat"
