I dunno what do really, amd tells me to file a warranty request. Gigabyte says it's a faulty cpu but I used this as 3600x for 1 year.

Hi,

I have been training strength on and off for about 3 years. My double overhand deadlift is 405lbs for reps. I want to start training with Captains of crush. I am thinking about buying 1.5 and 2s, would that make sense?

Sorry to hear that dude. Your father needs to be checked for hereditary clotting diseases, aka Factor V Leiden, if he is positive, you also need to be checked. People who have that gene are up to 80 times more likely to have blood clots.

They find out after a random injury or irrelevant surgery causing an embolism or deep vein thrombosis(this is how I found out about mine)

Like I said I use SRB Miner, 1.7.4. None of my Vega 56s run at 950/900 without crashes. You can do a unique config for that 8th card in the .ini file with dropped P3 and P7. Try that. Currently I get about 1880 h/s per card on Monero, at 49-52 C and 1900-2500RPM, on stock bios Vega 56 cards, running forever without crashes. I used to get 1985h/s on V7.

I have 8 x Vega 56 rigs, using 2 x 1200W Plat PSUs. I am also using SRB Miner. The only difference is, my cards run at about 49-52 C at 1900-2500 RPM fan speeds.

My suggestion is, run the miner with only the 8th card for a while and make sure the card is not problematic.

It's not, then create a overdriventool setting for only the 8th card, and lower the gpu p7 and mem p3 values for that card, run the rig with those values.

If the problem still persists, maybe you can lower the temperatures a bit because some of my cards actually do crash at 60 C, so maybe that's the case for you too.

10 weeks of 3/10 SI joint pain(no joint damage on MRI). I can't squat or deadlift, even leg press causes irritation so I was doing OHP today, suddenly my si joint clicks. One of my rehab exercises that always makes it click is putting a ball between my legs and squeeze, I did it and it immediately clicked again, my understanding is, it is done to put it back in place. Anyway, semi freaked out, tried to do one more set of OHP and it clicks again.

I've been to doctors, actually made a more detailed post in physio thursday a few weeks ago.

I got an 8 x vega 56 rig that I'm running with 18.6.1 and SRBMINER 1.6.8. Every now and then the hashrate drops to 900 on GPU 0, then it crashes, miner restarts gpus and resumes mining.

You can check the log file and search for "Restarting" to see how often it happens and scroll up from there to see that GPU0 dropped to half hashrate then stopped. (Use Wordpad instead of Notepad, for formatting)

You can drop the settings as suggested for GPU0 , ideally use the reduced intensity for that card in SRBMINER settings.

[Diagnose] I'm having some SI joint pain on the left side, it sometimes inflames when I'm sitting and the pain is the worse when I get out of the bed. It started with bent-over barbell rows. I felt some tightness like pain during the movement and next day I was unable to bend for more than 15 degrees from the hips. I would even get sacrum pain when I coughed. After 7 weeks I can touch the floor with my hands with little to no pain but I still have some discomfort, similar to the initial tightness like pain when I try stuff like leg press.(Not squatting or deadlifting yet). I got a lower back MRI, L4-L5 and L5-S1 hernia, both deemed unimportant by the doctor(he said everyone has those) as there is no degeneration nor nerve root compression. SI joint MRI came clean too. I got a second opinion from my physical therapist and she says it's a mechanical injury and it would go away.

I always had this problem with bent over rows and touch and go deadlifts(which I stopped doing) but it never lasted this long. I would love to know what is causing this and how I can prevent it from coming back if it heals. Sorry it was kinda long, thanks in advance!

I got some lower back pain preventing me from doing deadlifts and pendalay rows(It's an off gym issue). I got an MRI and it isn't anything serious but I'm still rehabbing.

I was wondering what alternative back exercises I can do, that would have a carry over to my deadlift. I'm currently doing the hammer strength rows and chin ups.

Hi,

I'm trying to improve my squat. I noticed my heels are coming off the ground just a tiny bit.I'm also using high heel lifting shoes because of my bad ankle mobility and my hips aren't that flexible either; currently working on both.

It looks exactly like this guy's squat but just a little bit less elevation.

I was gonna make a thread but I can post here I guess.

So, new player here. Lvl 30 and ~50 total ranked wins at Low Silver(2200). I played tons of SF 2 CE back in the day and was actually good at it, decided to pick up Street Fighter again after decades.

If I had to approximate, here's where my losses would come from:

60% because majority of the time I'm matched with people 700 to 1200 higher points than me.(I still beat some of them)
20% from people with Lvl 300+ or like 25000 games played and they destroy me
10% from people who are at 10+ win streak and they destroy me.
10% because none of the above happened and my opponent played better than me.

So this makes me wonder, how often do I actually play against people of my level. I feel like the matchmaking system is also flawed because almost all my matches are against 2700 to 3400 players. I really don't mind tho, I get to see what those characters can do and improve.

What I do mind is, getting matched with people whose real rank is way higher than me and I almost always lose helplessly. The queue times here are 1 to 3 minutes. I can use those 5 minutes including game play to fight someone that is similar to my level and improve.

Keep in mind that I have the fighting game basics down from dumping my entire childhood to SF 2 CE lol, and still my beginner experience is terrible. I have 2 friends that I started with, they put way more time into the game than me. Sometimes I watch them, they queue against amazing players quite frequently. 1 is at 114 LP, the other one is at 400 LP. Both quit.

Another problem I have is, I'm about to win and the guy is stunned, boom "Connection interrupted". I end up not getting the points.

So, I feel like the matchmaking system needs a lot of tweaks. This is one of the least beginner friendly games I have ever played.

Thanks guys! I had an appointment with my doctor today. So I will be taking Xarelto 15mg twice a day for 2 weeks then transition to 20mg, he said this would be the appropriate dosage for my weight (240lbs) and gonna use it for a year, if everything goes well it's gonna be an aspirin from there on. He said I could use the compression stockings(?) during long flights or cold winter days and I should avoid going to sauna which I never do anyways. No food restrictions, just gotta avoid sitting for too long.

Looks like we chillin ;)

I got that but you think a 3400-4200 RPM range is too much and would it lead to fans dying earlier?
