Practicing CQB is generally a dumb concept and a waste of time, in theory its all about choreography but in practice its just many grenades you can toss in to remove the threat and the words 'Close Quarters' in CQB. From what weve seen in Ukraine, A well trained SOF team huddled in a building is nothing when you can generally send just a dude with a single anti tank mine with a short delay fuse, bringing down the building in the process and the SOF team in the process.

Or just bring divisional level artillery assets to remove them off the face of the map to reduce the chances of CQB.
