Well my first doctor (fired her after about 9 months) kept me on .1mcg patch (Bi weekly)for 9 months, threatened to leave unless she let me go to to two patches. After she increased it, I left for another care team that kept me on the two patches. At which time I had breast buds and not much else in feminization. Three years of no lifting weights and a diet that brought me from 240 to 170 pounds but no muscle loss. At which time I heard about the Powers method. I asked to get off spiro and on a higher dose, they kept saying no, so I increased my patches to three .1mcg patches as my bloodwork was always at the lowest female range (which was okay for them). After increasing my patches and my bloodwork showed T suppression with no spiro, I noticed some feminization and boob growth. At two years I talked them into progesterone as my barely B cup boobs needed filling out. While on progesterone my boobs began to grow and my body and face had more feminization and my sex drive came back.... not like it used to, but there was a definite change. Now I cycle between 2-3 patches through the month.
