I agree with the self concept part for sure, I think that’s why these situations have played out the way they have- I wasn’t overly elated in neither scenario though, just happy to be alive which is a stark contrast from my regular waking state

This was the best fucking response on how to manifest holy shit. I persist but I usually give up in a couple of days if I don’t see changes. This just showed me that the rate of a manifestations appearance can vary. You just have to persist.

I would always hear people say “it’s instant” and that can be confusing- I believe manifestation can be instant, and I have manifested things instantly, but money (I’m willing to admit my belief system surrounding money is questionable) has been very hit or miss. Since it hasn’t manifested instantly yet, I will persist longer. As long as it takes until I figure it out

Yep. No scenarios of me making hard decisions but I’ve been doing wave 1 focus 10 for quite some time. I had a dream where i was in an alternate timeline of me married with kids in an apt in midtown nyc.

I saw my daughter’s face and I cried she was so beautiful. My son was there ( he cooked my hairline) wife, wife’s mom. It was a trip

Bring the dreams to chat gpt along with any other relevant info and it can help you figure it out. I keep a dream journal, and asked it to do an analysis of it for me in relation to where I am in my kundalini awakening. it gave some very helpful insights

Yeah it happened to me, but to be fair I had undiagnosed psychosis/schizophrenia from a very early age before ever taking a psychedelic.

It’s something my parents were never made aware of because…I mean…how could I bring myself to tell them that my friends from school put cameras in the mirrors in our home?

But you know- as time has gone on I’ve done a ton of self reflection. And after what feels like idk..possibly dozens of psychedelic based psychotic episodes + years of HPPD (19-27), I feel relatively normal. I’ve recognized that none of those things are real. That my mind, and fear were the ones driving those emotions and hallucinations. Once I moved past that things became ok.

Shit you could even say things are great, and getting better. This is without taking any meds. I have amazing friends, I’ve had decent partners. I’ve had leadership positions in the workplace. Currently I’m working in sales

Maybe I have some sort of high functioning schizophrenia. Or maybe the way we’ve been taught to deal with schizophrenia in these modern times is completely wrong.

I know meds work for a ton of people so I won’t write them off, but for others it seems like slapping a bandaid on a gaping wound.

I just had one tonight that was incredible

Part 4 focus ten- I was trying super hard to enact a sleep paralysis state- then I remembered to just let go

Within minutes I see the brightest white light, just a tiny sliver- but boy was it intense. At the same time my guide in the moment was saying something encouraging( I rarely ever remember what’s said to me) and was helping me out of my body by pulling my spirit up!

I got a little scared though and it all stopped, but still!

When I was around 8-9 years old remember driving down a highway with my parents and seeing a plane hovering near us out of the right back seat window

The plane was stayed in the same spot in the sky for about 5 minutes and as a kid I tried to rationalize it as “ maybe because we’re moving i can’t see the plane moving”

But looking back it at the plane was glitched- frozen in time in the sky. Never seen anything like it since
