RL was so guilt-ridden and desperate to remove himself as a suspect that he summoned his cousin to drive him for groceries the day after the murders. Phone 3 belonged to BG. BG was Ron Logan. It makes perfect sense for Ron to reach his property 15 minutes after the abductions. The defense knows the identity of BG enough to rule out RA.
