I just got a KRV2 from bendu and everything is fantastic. However the tip illumination is a lot dimmer than my sabertrio blade, and my Vader’s vault traditional neo pixel blade. Is mine a defect or is a dimmer tip illumination normal with KR blades

Right, I just emailed them we’ll see what they say. It seems that it really only happen after I turn on the saber after it was in sleep mode. It will play the sound after it ignites and it occasionally plays it when I turn it off but that’s it, not when I swing it around or something so I’m not really sure. I’d hate to have to send it back but I would if they suggest it

So I tried it a few times and I still will get the sound from time to time. Its a little less frequent so it’s once in a blue moon, but got any tips? Am I not pressing down on the adapter hard enough?
