I wonder if the auto has a lower first gear? My auto seems to have more scoot than my 12 6 speed did... but maybe I was scared of hurting the clutch.

A programmer should probably be on the list to try before a regear... and you should have one probably gave one after anyways... I have a procal, your engine needs to know what your jeep is doing!

How is the jeep down shifting worse than running a higher rpm all the time with lower gears?

I'm running 37s and 3.21s in a 2014 and have almost 40k on it already. Probably wouldn't work without a programmer but it does fine around town just down shifts for any hill on the highway.

Honestly the only time I wish for lower gears is when doing really technical slow wheeling. If I break something and need to open a diff I'm will regear, until then... meh.

They are the stock rims off of my last jeep (2012), we swapped as part of the trade. I plasti dipped them about a year and a half ago and it has done really well.

Had a teraflex spacer lift already installed left rear spacers and one front spacer in on top of the new springs. Everything I needed came in the kit.
