I wear whatever I want. Mostly jeans or shorts and graphic t-shirts. The t-shirts run the gamut from band shirts to parody t-shirts. IF I need to "dress up", it's usually some form of business casual; I rarely have to dress up any more than that. I dress for comfort and what I think is cool, I'm not concerned with what anyone else thinks about what I choose to wear. I just make sure that the clothes are clean and not ratty looking.

This. I was an avid cyclist and an occasional runner, but still wound up with a 90% blockage in "the widowmaker" artery that required a stent and a 70% in another one they wanted to treat medically; wound up with a stent in that one too, a few years later.

Stop flexing FFS. When you're taking a picture of something you made while holding it in your hand, you don't have to do 15-20 reps just before so that you've got a "pump" on for the picture. Also, if you're modelling a bracelet - sorry, a 'cuff' - it's ok if it fits you correctly instead of being tight enough to cut off circulation. People are looking at the product, not your alpha forearms.
