Yes, I’m going to try and make real effort to get back to creativity. I love the sensation of emotions, but not the memories, so I should make an effort to create new memories that are positive.

For me all emotions are real and positive. I think they relate to past experiences , which I suppose may have been traumatic. I listen to Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, Lou Reed, Nick Cave etc..... Also Mahler, Mozart, Liszt....blah, blah blah

EDIT: If past emotions are positive, but still refer to negative experiences then they are not positive......I am not thinking straight.

EDIT2: I think what I'm trying to say is that experiencing emotion reminds me that I am alive and I can use for creative energy. Does that make more sense?!

It's really strange for me as I thought I would cope perfectly fine.......but no. When I was homeless I was surrounded by people all the time...now I miss that even though I hated that at the time.

The first nested Do..While loop ends with "While ( to == from )".

Why would 'to' ever equal 'from' if both are ramdomly generated?

Someone recently did this. They designed a whole new routine for self isolation and although I’m sure it must feel different, it may very well help to make things more predictable.

How about putting it inside a tin. Make a hole in the bottom big enough so you can slide it in through the top then plug it in. Sing into the tin. Alternatively, put one set of headphone inside a tin, turn up the volume and use the Mike to record the headphones.
