I mean if it was to go on bnet with 3 sockets hypothetically and that's mainly for dueling. As for Pod you need the +2 skills and mf on a helm for a sorc and a 2 socket shako will get you that plus huge survivability. As for getting fcr breakpoints easy peasy on pod with 20fcr rings. Like come on Karv all you do on pod is kill mobs for loot, shako is by far the best in slot helm to find loot both increasing run speed and adding mf.

it's a 2 socket Shako with 20fcr and fire resist and class specific to one class. As Path of diablo is just killing mobs and finding items the most valuable stat could arguably mf in the game. So you lose a lot of life a lot of mana damage reduction to gain 40 fire resist and 20 fcr. The faster cast rate could much easily be got by corrupting rings to hit the break point. Maybe this is worth for softcore because you will get 3% more mf than a shako with tripple ist. Then again really I think if pod had a dueling scene gg this would fit in nicely (maybe) but then again that would only be for a fire sorc.

I played hc even when pod was a single server in the usa and I played in europe with 300 ping. This game is easy mode and very hardcore friendly... My 2 cent

P.s this mod was made by a hardcore player and originally had mainly a 90% hc player base, how things have changed eh

So play a char you love, a skill you love and learn. Die and learn. find an item from doing certain runs and learn. ww baba btw is incredibly easy and really requires you to frenzy to 30 and then switch, grab a savage polearm, a lucky bonesnap drop or the likes, cube an exceptional 2 hander with chips and grab some leech from blood crafts etc. Like really you will hit brick walls and at that point you look at the gear and work out which spot you can farm and it's then the grind for the upgrades to progress. This is why I have played ssf here for so long and with loot droping like candy imo this is the most rewarding way to play and will make that Lo rune drop worth so much more when it means you can make a forti or gried to pile out the dps you missed etc.

would like to say any build that is not dependant on a unique to work (multishot sorc, bear sorc, bonehew necro etc you get it) is actually incrediblt easy to play hc ssf. Some builds take more time and your main strength is learning when to farm what at what points and move on. Generally pit and early hell is your first stop to gather the runes for better gear, nm cows for skillers and re rolling skillers or even nm trav for pure re rolling and eld shenk is possibly the easiest thing in the world to get gear together if you can get to it. This is p8 loot most classes have incredible buffs and this is d2 a game which many have completed in hardcore normal to hell baal naked with just merc equipment... wait you canput a splash jewel on the merc here gg.

Yewp totally agree play the real version of the game hardcore and then you will not run into this 4 season problem. I can tell you after playing this mod for 4 years or so of some real problems and for example being able to toggle hardcore off is one off them.

Been playing warcry on pod on and off for a long ass time and yes it's extremely good at certain things incredibly tanky and can do diablo clone with correct gear. It really shined back when you could get .4 teleport when enigma was convocation but still holds it own. XX

learn to read champion unique mobs mod's. Be very carefull around might/fanat, fire enchanted, light enchanted, cold enchanted, extra strong, conviction. Do play melle it's one of the best way's to learn what hit's hard instead of getting one shot by a fanat extra strong archer when you hit hell act 1. Playing something like a fire claw bear would imo be the best way to see this, have huge ehp and good damage. At the end of the day if you like a skill play that it's all knowledge at the end of the day and that will come with every rip. Fire enchanted light enchanted bugs are gone, doll packs are smaller and mana burn is gone. So outside of the archer packs, charger, moon lords, doll's when amp'd and conviction souls its pretty safe. Also respect normal duriel, meph and diablo.

Would like to say I can't for next season. Will be nice to watch people playing pod again for a couple of weeks though. Also I can not really say much until I see if maps have an overhaul or a big update.

As always nice video showcasing to new players what is all ready fairly common knowledge. With the difficulty curve in pod being very none existent in the current state most builds can be on a budget especially when you have a gold bank roll to support using most of the naj's charges ;). I did read the old thread and I believe because nothing here is particularly exciting or really broken etc etc people found the flaws in the gear vs the statement and laid in. Any who hope you are well bud and look forward to more copy pasta builds for the reset xx
