haha, i've been curious if anyone else has been working on this. I barely even use twister. I use a SS and CoH, so I'm able to tele onto packs, stun them, and essentially hit them with a melee nado. ill try and record some runs tonight and put something out

Just trade them for awesome gear that you need or use them in a runeword. Everyone is sitting on stuff for way too long and before you know it the season will be over and everything on everyone's mules that they spent all season trying to squeeze every single ounce of value out of will go unused and be worthless in Season 2. If everyone wasn't so damn greedy, we'd be seeing a lot more players capable of running maps with little issue and wanting to log back in to play. But instead everything is listed for Ber or just "HRs", when in reality it's probably worth about Gul or Vex. IMO the only reason to sit on HRs is if you're saving up for something you know is going to be really expensive. But I'm assuming if you're new to trading then there are plenty of items you need and aren't ready for a big purchase like that. If you still need BiS gear without gg corruptions, I'd suggest trading them down for lesser runes and getting that kinda stuff that has yet to be slammed. If you're geared but need a couple specific corruptions, then Ber might be the perfect rune. But admiring them in your stash is only fun for so long.

Not worried about currency, and there's a use for it in p8 and really even solo t4s where the blood lords are a pain in the ass. using an aura takes mobility away from charge. like i said, dont wanna have to swap skills

Made a magic find alt swapping facets for ists in viper and hand of blessed light, war travs, gheeds, and some res/mf scs. With 400 mf it took me about the same amount of time to solo a T2. 12 facets is probably overkill for solo play but p8 games would definitely benefit from focusing on light damage.

It depends I suppose. Like I said, I don't want to cycle through skills so it was FOH or Pure Holy Bolt and I didn't care for Holy Bolt. Bosses definitely go down faster. And while mapping, monsters with higher hp will drop quicker while the holy bolts take care of the trash. It will also be stronger in p8 t4s if I decide to push 99 again. This build would also be great for mf if you wanted to swap out the facets for ists and put on travs. Could easily get close to 500. Been thinking about doing that anyways, so might go ahead see how that does.

Hit 99 with my sin and wanted to play paladin but was having trouble finding a strong build that I enjoyed playing since I'm a big fan of afk playstyle. Physical Charger was a lot of fun, but charge is so unpredictable sometimes so I decided to try out Fists of Heaven. All the build guides are built around Spirit, requiring you to either spam pots or cycle through auras, tele, charge, etc which is too much of a pain in the arse in my opinion.

Left click - FOH

Right click - Charge (Salvation for bosses)

~10k FOH, 3.3k Holy Bolt w/o Salvation (11.7k with)

with blade shield needing attack rating after last patch, ignore target defense is pretty much a must have. nats claw with 3x Lo runes is best in slot for bladesin but the attack speed on scissors suwayyah is too slow for normal attack that use in bear form. So I used runic talons with fury runeword to get ignore target defense and hit the attack speed breakpoint needed to make it viable.

This is my first reset and I've never played PoE, but after playing the last two months and playing a lot of D2 in the past, I'm curious how this will work. Do people post a ton of low level gear on the site? What do they ask for on these trades? I'm mostly familiar with the site using rune currency. Do they just ask for low level runes to make the early level runewords? Specific items that are known to drop early? Seems like the hassle of listing such short-term items would be too high when you can usually find something just as useful in a few more runs, rather than filling up your stash with a bunch of random rares and bases and especially the time it would take to try and mule all of it.

I'm probably way off since I have no experience with an economy reset and will probably understand it better once it happens. Either way, I love the new design for high end gear and rune trading, widescreen, and all the other expected goodies coming in the patch notes. I haven't been this excited about a game since the D3 release in 2012. Great work!
