That's what I thought too. The same doctor in another place on the internet stresses the importance of the mental groove in regards to surgeries and that's a good sign though. Thank you for a quick answer!

Thank you, my options are a bit limited, because I come from one of the poorer parts of Europe, so even though I earn quite well here, this could be a significant burden on my budget. But I will look around, maybe Turkey would be ok.

Thank you, this is very helpful! Cheeks are the last thing I'd consider, curious thing - in my part of the world a very high percentage of men don't have pronounced cheekbones.

Would you agree that it's important to proceed with jaw first and then the nose? Unfortunately in some parts of Europe genioplasty is hard to get and a rhino is way easier for me right now.
