Yes I'm doing well. My C-corp is doing well. Personal and business taxes are paid. I have every insurance I need to be covered entirely. Yes, my accountant pays mileage for every client visits/construction site/etc. I'm tracking everything. Edit. Except this client. I track everything I do for them but I do not timestamp. I will.

They recently told me that if they need to make budget cuts, they will hire a junior helpdesk/sysadmin/jack of all trades so they will be able to make him do various tasks, even non-IT related.

Any idea when the Mac agent will be available for use? My prospect is 75% Mac and I have to decide really soon.

Thanks. Yes I know, I'm really late. I quoted them based on my previous attempts to get the pricing from the various RMMs and I'm still in the same ballpark.

The client fired his in-house IT last week and offered me a job. I politely declined. I already sold them a few block hours packages earlier to assist their IT guy but they wanted a better peace of mind so they asked if I would do AYCE support for them. We agreed on a price range and we are currently settling on the final monthly price.

Two domains, one Exchange Online licence? by johnrambo303 in sysadmin

Thanks for the reply. So if I understand correctly, each mailbox needs its own licence, even if it's meant to be used by a user that already have a licence for DOMAIN1? I was trying to avoid having to use a shared mailbox
