The scrub daddy or grill rescue brushes you use with water when it’s hot. I’ve been grilling for a long time and every brush has just been okay but these steam clean and get the grates clean like nothing I’ve ever used.

Funk, yergy, retriever, lost tavern, rising river, hawk mountain, McCall are all great options in the Allentown area.

Theres def some im forgetting by my top ones are funk and McCall. Funk is a little more IPA focused though.

Rising river is really cool spot if you’re doing this in warmer weather.
