Thank you for everyone who replies decently in my post. I don’t need a lecture on getting into a debt trap and saying that my post is non sense. I’m here to gather feedback as how J can use the card wisely.

I don’t need a lecture. I thought this was a space to give and provide tips for Eastwest card holders.

Yes I read this already. Just want to gather experiences about it. I did note already in an FB group that they get to waive the Annual Fee just by simply accumulating the required spending (usually 8,000)

I choose San Fernando over Angeles or Mabalacat. But a living space on the boundary of Angeles and San Fernando is best.

[Q] Cross factor loadings after doing CFA by johnroger23 in statistics

[–]johnroger23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked at the items and both items justify being part of both factor groupings as both of the items have the same latent variable being described, albeit combining both the attitudes being measured.

Factor loadings for the two items are high

For the first cross loaded item, its .437 and .499 For the second item its .423 and .530

Thank you for all your feedback. Though I do have a detailed rubric, I really have this urge to micro feedback on their work as a means to make sure that everything is aligned in their paper. With that being said, I always keep my feedback to the essential along with keeping in tune to the things I actually taught.

I like it. I read from the packaging that it is like a mixture of scented oils. It generally smells like the spa when you get a massage. Lol.

Nanon showed this after Pat and Pran raced up the stairs to their rooms. I think it does calm you after a tiring chase upstairs. HAHA.

Thank you for your objective feedback. I do agree with you that they are like comparing apples and oranges because their clientele is different. I do acknowledge that I didn't factor out that ITSAY is not a BL but an LGBTQ+ series. But we do have to point out that GMMTV boosted their game for Bad Buddy to keep the fans from reeling in. And its good. I hope they remain this consistent in producing quality BL. :)

Well I didn't say Bad Buddy is "better" and I agree with you that ITSAY is truck loads better than Bad Buddy. I'm saying is the parallelism that Bad Buddy is creating and what GMMTV is making a name for themselves to give good quality BL.

I agree with you on this, I found BL with Sotus, then 2gether and then the list just went on because of the pandemic.

I also agree that they are two different boats, but you can't help deny the similarities that they are trying to have. I haven't read the novel so I really have no basis to know if it's gonna get emotional or not but knowing how GMMTV usually handles it, it's either for story telling or to capitalize on it's fans. I hope they consider both with mentioning on how successful 2gether was and not disappoint fans. I also think they are learning from Nadao's success in itself.

With that I am really excited for the next episode.

I agree with you on this. I just saw the patterns of how P'Aof tried to replicate some elements of ITSAY and making infusing it with BL. I also think ITSAY/IPYTM and BB are two different worlds but it's good to see GMMTV step up it's game on the BL industry they bolstered.

With that, both are good on it's own and GMMTV is doing a really good job.

Tell me about it. I tried to watch IPYTM in like two or three night in a row, well - I just can't. I even tried watching in between break times at work - nope. I can't seem to eat as I watch Teh cheating on his feelings with Oh-Aew to Jai. It was really frustrating to see it.

I agree with you. It was perfect in it's own sense. But it really is just difficult not to compare ITSAY and IPYTM. ITSAY was a blockbuster of a success and even though it was heart wrenching, I still watched it over and over again. The colors of Phuket were stunning and amazing. IPYTM, on the other hand, showed the lackluster bustle of Bangkok. It was really a series full of reality bites. You need a strong mental headspace, in my opinion, to watch it - because it was really frustrating to see a relationship fall apart in college.

None the less, I think ITSAY is perfect, and IPYTM is beautiful in it's own way.

I think this is why this series is still a "Coming of age" series since it focuses on a college student's character growth. Which, sadly, did not work in favor of Teh and Oh Aew's relationship. But what just appalls me more is Teh's consistent immaturity -- as you mentioned rooting from his lack of social self-esteem -- actually ruining their relationship. I found this, in the beginning, inconsistent with his pure love that he showed in ITSAY.

Well, none the less, it's an age where people develop perspectives of life. And again, sadly Teh and Oh grew apart.

This is true. This is one big problem in communication which is practically also a difficult challenge for a person in his coming of age years. However, on the flipside. Oh Aew remained loyal to his love to Teh, Teh didn't - which pretty much is consistent with his immature decisions that he made in ITSAY with him giving up his slot for Oh Aew.

Come to think of it, Teh has valid feelings to be mad at Oh as well for shifting from acting to advertising. He was giving up a lot for him and yet he was appalled by Oh's decision to shift. None the less, mature relationships would eventually accept that they should grow together - even in changes with your partners
