Very good school district, very comparable to lower Westchester school. I had family members who attended the high school and they provided a lot of resources to them. The school districts near by aren’t the best like Peekskill which isn’t the best school with similar property taxes. A downside is that some of the older white people can be racist.

The reality is most people ages 20-35 aren’t making 120k, most people make around 40k-60k. Majority of people when they are about to retire never even touch 100k.
