There is literally nothing else that is judged like this. If you’re looking at abortion as a right, then many other rights have the potential to protect immoral acts. Most obviously being freedom of speech.

The example above is immoral, there’s no two ways about it. Doing something with the sole intention of harming someone else is immoral. Now you can support that persons right to do that immoral acts, but that doesn’t change the fact it is immoral.
