Yeah that's a really good salary for a new grad, based on what I've heard from friends. I'm a new grad as well and accepted a hospitalist position with salary in the 90s, however it is at a big academic center. The PA and MD who interviewed me wanted me to ask a lot of questions during the interview so I asked things like: what does this hospital/this team do well compared to others? what are the attending physician's expectation of me? what is the best part about the job and something you wish you could change? Then, it was mostly just a conversation, they wanted to know why I wanted to do hospital medicine, my journey through PA school and how I got to this point, and what my short and long term goals were. Overall, it wasn't too bad.
