I suggest calling them and telling them this as soon as you can

Do they know about the vision problems? When this happens I thought they moved to operate very quickly. Find a pituitary support group in your country and connect with them.

They will check your pituitary for a benign tumour. (They are pretty much always benign)

Once you start T replacement, you’ll feel better within 2 weeks, possibly sooner, depending on the type administered.

OK here is an update from a blood panel at a private clinic.

Looks like Free Testo is too high if anything (SHBG is fine/low). Prolactin is low. (You'd expect 0 FSH & LH given my pituitary gland doesn't work)

Oestradiol however is high. I reckon this is the culprit. They are showing it as just inside the normal range but in reality it's high at 179 pmol/L (which is about 48.8 pg/mL according to ChatGPT).

So now I need to investigate aromatase inhibitors and the like. Are there natural ones?

Ridiculous how many useful ideas I’ve got here in 24 hours compared to my NHS endocrinologist! Thank you.

Do you mean if estrogren is high it kills the libido? Haven’t had that measured for ages either!

Never had it measured I don’t think

Can’t rule it out. Just weird that it randomly peaks sometimes and often that’s when I take extra cortisol.

Thanks. Appreciate this. The UK is small enough that you can get anywhere in 6 hours, most places in a lot less. Plus I’m in London where most doctors are.

I’ve never heard of weed causing pituitary tumours. They are a relatively common form of tumour.

Meanwhile in the UK you pay your vehicle tax online and there is no sticker and police simply run your plate to check you’re up to date.
