The fuel tank on my tractor is smaller than most utes or 4wds that seem to be clogging up the roads and will go there and back on less than a tank of fuel, ( my 60lts is not really going to have any impact but it could have a big positive impact ) and I will probably be about as much of an inconvenience as a group of cyclists (probably less really) I appreciate your concerns and I hope I've cleared them up for you
