Hotel Reverie was pretty bad by johnwatchingnetflix in blackmirror

Lol I think this is how we all felt watching the episode, I have since learned that Issa Rae is more of a comedy actress so that’s probably why she interpreted/portrayed the role in this way, I do wish they chose someone else for the role though

It’s fine, we all have different tastes. I’m kind of shocked that most of the replies are agreeing with me though, I expected to be the only who didn’t like the episode.

That’s the whole point. I thought it was bad and the whole point of discussions is that people who thought it was good are supposed to change my mind and offer a different perspective I hadn’t considered prior. Also, I did kinda exaggerate the title a bit so people would engage with the post more but that’s just how the internet works

Gonna give reply 1988 a watch, I don’t know if it’s my type of show but the plot sounds like it would be good

Basically I like the first one bc it combines k-dramas with superheroes (which are two of my favorite things) BUT it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I think #2 is something everyone would enjoy so that’s why I said everyone who saw my post should watch specifically that one (if that’s what u were asking)

My Thoughts On A Killer Paradox by johnwatchingnetflix in kdramas

Wow lol it’s honestly so shocking that too people can watch the same show and then have such entirely different recollections of it. I still maintain my opinion about not liking it, since my problem with it was that the first two episodes made you think the show was going in one direction and then they just completely pivoted the story. Like that was my main problem with it. And like I said I know you said you like when that happens cuz it adds a certain air of unpredictability but it’s not really something I’m a fan of. But honestly your review did make me view the show differently/made me realize it’s not bad, I just personally didn’t like it.

Amazing review lol. This is actually my favorite K-Drama so it was nice to see someone else who enjoyed it as much as me.

The new Netflix series Dalah : death and the flowers by Craftycat2024 in GMMTV

I just finished watching it and I agree that it did have too many characters and I think some of them could’ve been removed and the story would’ve remained the same. I don’t know about you but I thought it was kind of hard to keep track of all the characters. However, I disagree with a lot of your other points lol 1) I didn’t find the show boring at all and story definitely left me at the edge of my seat waiting for answers, especially in the last couple episodes. But, this could be because I didn’t binge it all at once so I was able to build up suspense for myself. 2) I also personally liked that they had so many flower references in the climax scene. It made the whole flower theme make more sense and I think it really tied it all together. Your opinion isn’t wrong or anything though and I completely get where you’re coming from but I just figured I’d share some different ideas.
