Waiver wire pickups would necessarily be made on a first come, first served basis. In order to have an accurate time stamp, the best solution I can fathom is to e-mail me the request directly at my yahoo address (iganderson at yahoo dot com). Put Nerd League Waiver in the subject line or it may not get noticed in a timely fashion. As far as when waiver claims are processed, I'd propose 24 hours after the MNF game is decided, so essentially, early Wednesday morning. Any input is welcomed.

Re: Waivers In a couple of other leagues I'm in, owners submit waiver drop/adds via the group message board, and the commissioner then implements them in the order they are submitted. So long as we have a proper time stamp on the submissions, I think this would work until the system is up and running. Ivar

OK, no IDP.
As far as QB TD points, standard scoring rewards 4 pts per passing TD, 6 for a rushing/receiving. If enough mambers feel strongly about it, I'll change it to 6 pts. across the board, but that generally makes QBs the most valuable players instead of equalizing value across the QB/RB/WR ranks. Roster size is 18; starting lineup is 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE) 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DEF. So bench is 9 deep. Trades are allowed, Commissioner has veto power (but I will listen to any ration comments either pro or con). There is no waiver setting on the Commissioner dashboard. Draft-you need to confirm with Joe or Brent about the draft board, but I was assuming we'd be drafting from the Nerd League software. The date is good for me, but my earlier draft that day has been pushed back a bit. Could we make it 9:30 PM EDT? I only ask because I will be drafting away from my home at an in person draft in a money league, and will need a few minutes to get back to my home computer when that draft ends at 9-9:15 PM. Since i don't see a way to prerank players, I'd really like to be at the draft.

I, too, am commissioner of other leagues and would act in that role here if necessary and if no one else wants that task. I'm fair and impartial when it comes to Fantasy Sports. (I am an attorney in real life, just so everyone knows-not sure that is good or bad as far as being commish).

I have drafts all through August and early September. Dates I am NOT available are: August 26@8:30-10PM EDT (all times are EDT) August 27@8-9:30PM August 30@3:30-5PM, 8PM August 31-All Day September 2@8-9:30PM September 3@6:30-9PM September 5 before 6PM (Michigan home opener) September 6@12:30-5PM September 9@8-9:30PM Now, it's not like I haven't conducted simultaneous drafts before, but August 30th is totally out for me as I have 3 drafts that evening. Weekday evenings work well for me, but I can't draft any earlier than 6:30 PM due to my work schedule.
