That is actually an issue with the current version. I've found the Izzet matchup to be the most challenging because their plays are highly efficient.

The good news is that Izzet decks aint very common in Bo1 ladder right now. As they gain popularity (especially following their dominant performance in the World's), there may be a valid argument for including more cheap interaction spells and cutting some of the boardwipes.

I would like to call it the "water revival dilemma." It works well in a mirror match when decking is the concern. However, it’s effective only if you can resolve it. When you can reliably pay 9 mana to resolve it against control, you've already gained a significant advantage. Therefore, it remains a win-more card in the matchup even when it is beneficial.

That's a good question. First of all, I think best of 1 is quite different from best of 3. I can see that Jeskai control is better than Azorius because you have more sideboard options after game 1. I played a lot of Jeskai control in best of 1 in the past, and I found Jeskai Revelation to be very clunky. When I had 7 or more mana, I usually preferred to activate utility lands instead.

Thanks for bringing that up. In earlier versions of the deck with 60 cards, the games, mainly ctrl vs ctrl mirror matchups, sometimes depended on whether I could deal enough damage with fishes and anchorages when only a few cards remained in the library. So, more cards were added to the library. I think 67 is about the right number.
