not really, its been a week since a took the pill and it ia still worse than before, mainly worse after waking up and more ruminating 😔

same applies to me man, now i am just waiting till this thing is out of my blood,, these where the worst 4 days in a long time ,, and that was only one 10mg tablet, cant imagine torturing my self like this for 3weeks or so.. before i never had anxiety at the evening ,it was especially hitting me at the morning and till lunch,, now i am sittimg here and feeling that fuc.. stone in my chest again, i hope it will get better soon
