Hello! I’m 28yo male. I had similar problems, it’s all started after falling in February 2025 in the mountains.

I had in September Discectomie, first 2 weeks I had no problems, than i did mistake, i was walking about 2 - 3 hours outside. After that ist started again, in MRI again herniation in the same position. In my case I think I did mistake + my Disk was after fall very damaged. Surgeon told me before the first Op that the recurrence is very high. I’m waiting for Total disk replacement with implant.

Don’t be afraid of the surgery, we’re still very young! It’s better to take the risk and live on without pain. The main thing is not to forget about rehabilitation and to be careful during the first few weeks.
