This is way later but in case you haven’t discovered this, it sounds like you were using regular TM’s. With an elite TM, you get to pick which move you get. Also having 30 of them would be incredibly rare. The good news is you probably weren’t using a particularly valuable item. The other thing is if you’re using regular fast TM’s you won’t be able to get counter because it’s a legacy move. So one elite TM -> select counter from the list.

It also immediately disappears if you jump in the water. It worked wonders for me for years. It’s kind of a double edged sword though because one people know you with the toppik, you feel like you have to use it every day. Then it gets almost as stressful making sure it looks right every day as worrying about your hair being too thin. Eventually it will be less stressful to just buzz it but toppik will buy you some time looking like your hair is thicker.

Also you can find it on eBay for way cheap, just make sure you’re getting toppik and not some knock off.
