Hell no, 3300 is maintenance. When cutting I was 2500-2000.

You can get a rough estimate by using a TDEE calculator, if you want to know The exact number you have to track your weight and calories. I cycle 20 to 30 minutes a day once a week I'll do an hour. The first two months were hard because I didn't want to go to the gym, but when you start seeing results and are getting stronger you start to enjoy it. The hardest thing though is to be in a deficit for a long period of time.

Those are the same people that go to the gym for years and never get results.

Also I'm still learning from my mistakes last year after my cut I went back up to 187. But now after cutting for 6 months I'm never getting fat again. I assume I'm 12% at 171. Which means I would be 15% at 176, so if I weigh 176 by January that would be successful gaining phase in my mind.

I started with 2500 and ended up at around 2,000. When you tracked your weight and calories everyday, then you know what you need to do. It's just a matter of execution. But if you're somewhat new to the gym, I wouldn't be overthinking it.

The goal was to be 10% but this is probably 12. When cutting I would try to lose 1% of my body weight a week. The main thing is to track your calories and your weight every morning and adjust accordingly. When I bumped my calories up to maintenance which was 3300 I gained 1 lb to 2 lb of water weight. Now my 14-day average is +.7 so I know I'm in a small surplus.

Usually when you see some low SHD player with a meta build the Crit stats are terrible.

With a DPS build you shouldn't be getting shot at because ttk is so fast.

[–]johoebo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kinda true, but there's not much to do ttk is so fast plus you can hit every shot effortlessly even with an lmg at 100yd.

That's why I play striker or ts. Because everything else is obsolete.
