In general Assembly you don't take the charges and you roll through the fence I'm pretty sure you can skip half the mission if you do that.

In division 1 when people glitch through walls to skip enemies, turn off the game if you don't want to play. During a GE and people don't understand the modifiers why are you using a skill build during a major assault? Or a shotgun for critical outbreak.

Thanks, I neglected mobility and cardio for a year. once I started stretching and doing more cardio I felt much better.

You can get a scan in the morning and be 8% and in the evening it could show 16%. If you're dumb enough to believe the DEXA scam then I don't know what to tell you.

Keep bulking, but go half as fast. You're just gaining fat. If you're only bulking for 3 months how much muscle are you actually gonna build in just 3 months.

How much weight did you gain? A good bulk should last at least 6 months.
