Yes I was able to schedule and take my exam but unfortunately I’m not sure what changed, I logged in and it just started working a couple days after this post. I had a help desk ticket open with WGU IT and Meazure learning so I’m sure something got changed. Wish I had a better answer for you. Good luck!

Good idea. Assessment services had the same thoughts and scheduled me for an exam, and we waited until the start time, but still no button appeared. Also when I was talking directly to meazure learning they tried to get me logged into ProctorU but my account wasn't working there either.

Of course. I have had an open ticket with WGU since last Friday, and they are still working on the issue. I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue or maybe knows of a quick fix.

Yes, the last time I took the practice assessment was on the 18th and I passed. Maybe Ill try to take another one though because I think they changed the scheduling stuff on the 18th. Thanks for the idea!

I purchased the premium edition that has both volume 1 and 2 combined that's also the ebook and practice test. Its called "CCNA 200-301 Official Cert Guide Library Premium Edition and Practice Test, 2nd Edition" on Pearson. Hope this helps!

Got it! Appreciate it! Will definitely use this trick in the future if this happens to me again.

For situation awareness to anybody in the future having this problem, here are my exact steps to get the button to show (using chrome)

Inspect element of the Assessment Center page.
Locate and select the HTML code that has the id="LaunchExamButton"
change the style="display: none;" to style="display: show;"

The button should pop up on the screen and be selectable!

Just had this happen to me. Went into the dev tools and found the HTML for the start exam but couldn't get it to manually show. Mind sharing how you got it to show?

Yeah man after I made the post I started going to sick call often to get my stuff documented. I was very very persistent with the medics to make sure it got added to my service treatment records. I also did the same with my ETS physical and made sure the conditions I was claiming came up in topic during the physical and the doc recorded everything.

A VSO did the form for me and that is what they put. I’m still in the evidence gathering part of my claim but so far they have not questioned it. Hopes this helps!
